Granny's funeral

My gran passed away on Monday 9 November 2009, she was very ill. Lived a very full life, and a very full Christian life at that. At the funeral it was amazing to hear testimonies of the life she lived. It was also evident in the number of people that came- family members from all over: RSA, Swaziland & Mozambique. And that was part of her legacy that she brought the family together.

Met family I hadn't seen in years and family i didn't know I had. Basically it's like I gained an extra huge branch in the family tree.
On the way there we hit a pothole the size of a bath tub and ended up changing wheels in the middle of nowhere with cows for company.

As sad an event as it was, my granny did an awesome work to unite the family.

She travelled probably more than all of us visiting family and bringing resolve to family issues and just imparting wisdom which she had in abundance.
