The night before the World Cup in SA

P1100147

It’s 6pm as Chinelle & I head out to town – wondering if we’ll be there before the FanFest fills up.

All geared up & all but the FanFest filled up within 2hours of opening!
Hooked up with Lutho & his sisters and we hit the party on Adderly street.
Fifa had 3 big screens all accross Adderly and the streets had thousands of people from all over the world partying together as if we’re all great friends!

Cape Town
Who’s to say this is not Europe?!

Me and Korean fans I love Asian peeps! Seeing as I’m not born Asian (Japanese to be specific) maybe I’m supposed to go there & do something big.
Madness on the road
What a vibe! Each and every street of Cape Town was full of people screaming, blowing Vuvuzelas, singing, dancing, laughing – it was INSANE!And, this is not even day 1 yet!!
Sinnging wit h French supporters
GTi
Too bad the owner of this GTi didn’t think this picture was good enough for him to hand me the keys all in the spirit of the World Cup. Some people are just party spoilers…..

Supangwana!
Supangwana!

It is here!
Me & Chinelle
Mis amigos yo y mis amigos Juan y Fernando
These guys, like all the other internationals, are so happy to be here, so amazed to see our African spirit & vibe. Ok, their names are not Juan & Fernando, by like look like they could be hey?

God is blessing Africa & blessing the world through Africa! I just pray this unity will have a lasting effect in us: that we don;t just tolerate one another but really love each other…

And then.. the unthinkable happened…

vuvuzela

I BLEW MY VUVUZELA…. LITERALLY!

Phil, Skhumbuzo & Chinelle

What a memorable night, one not to be forgotten! C’mon M’zansi, c’mon Africa!

How’s your World Cup experience been??
