Honeymoon!!

Two weeks in beautiful Mozambique!

We were blessed with accommodation for honeymoon in Mozambique! It was an amazing way to spend my first few days & make my first memories with the girl of my dreams! Here’s some pictures to tell the story.

	It’s amazing to see that there’s beaches with clear water in our very own Africa!
Maybe it was low season, but the beach in Bilene (200km up from Maputo) was empty and for stretches of 3 to 4 km we had the whole beach to ourselves for days!

A common site on Maputo waters of locals fishing for a living.	The ferry docks a bout 500m away from the island & small boats fetch people from the ferry.

Funny – once you get onto the small boats from the ferry, we were charged R3 each for the ride, & when we docked we were charged R20 tax each for getting onto the island.

Hawaii/ Mauritius in Mozambique?

Because the pace here is so much slower than in S.A, our two weeks felt like it lasted forever. We’re really stunned that we got to experience this awesome place for our honeymoon and humbled because of the countless number of people who gave to us to enable us to go there and have spending money.
Here’s to staying in ‘honeymoon mode’ for years and years to come!
