I started out last week Wednesday building a custom crane for video recording and by Saturday I had finished that + two other custom rigs.
| Using only PVC material I built a handheld camera stabilizer and a shoulder mount. Their function is purely to help reduce handshake when recording without a tripod. At R5 per meter, pvc-pipe-based rigs are the cheapest and easiest idea on th e web. |  |
| Thanks to Google and Youtube (again) i was able to do these in no time and for close to nothing. I’m yet to test them in a real-life setting but from the little I tested at home the results are incredible! Amazing what a bit of online ‘research’ can produce… |  |
