It's an off day and the kids are at school = morning bike ride.
We're waking up to the fact that we've spent so much time focusing on work and things that 'need to be done' in recent years that we were forget us. This morning we literally opened the map, chose a location and off we went.
We went for breakfast and spent 4 hours riding from Cape Town, Stellies, Franschoek, through Franschoek Pass and back via N2
The same route on a bike has a completely different feeling. Fresh air.
